HUD sets Section 108 credit subsidy fee at 1.05 percent for FY 2027 commitments

The fee rises from 0.58 percent in FY 2026 and applies to disbursements under commitments awarded in FY 2027, if statute requires or authorizes HUD to collect it. The applicability date is Oct. 28, 2026.
